A “Leader in Me” School

Gladstone Elementary is a “Leader in Me” school. Our direct approach at building positive school culture begins by teaching the 7 Habits. These habits will help our students realize their potential as leaders. We also use our data for the Leader in Me to set “Wildly Important Goals.” These goals drive our growth mindset and help us realize that if we work hard we can reach anything we set our mind to.

Serving a very diverse community with students from several different countries representing a variety of cultures, Gladstone Elementary is dedicated to providing the best learning environment for our students. Our motto: “Work hard, be nice!”

Gladstone teachers are hardworking and dedicated to improving student academics and leadership potential. Teachers learn from each other by doing peer observations, attending professional learning opportunities and collaborating as a grade level weekly. Each teacher serves on a Leader in Me action team to help plan, lead and guide events for Gladstone.
